June 11, 2012 (New York) – Reflecting its position as a national leader in labor and employment law, Proskauer’s Labor & Employment Law Department has been awarded the prestigious 2012 Chambers USA Award for Excellence. Proskauer was selected for the award from among seven nominated national labor and employment practices.
The Department was also recognized by Chambers USA 2012 with leading national and local rankings and commentary, including Band One rankings for ERISA Litigation (Nationwide) and Labor & Employment (New York) – the only firm to earn a Band One ranking in New York. In addition, the firm achieved Band One and Star Individual ratings for eight labor and employment lawyers, with another 19 highlighted as leading individual lawyers.
