As the U.S. Supreme Court concludes its current term, employers across the country wait to learn the fate of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Proskauer's lawyers have been at the forefront of health care reform since the law's enactment, writing books and articles, delivering presentations around the country, and conducting numerous seminars and webinars. Once this historic case arrived at the High Court, Proskauer lawyers drafted an important "Friend of the Court" brief to assist the Justices in their analysis, and then monitored three days of oral arguments in late March.
