Restrictive Covenants and Non-Compete Agreements

02/26/08 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Location:
Hilton Hotel - Newark Penn Station
Gateway Center/Raymond Boulevard
Garden State Ballroom
Newark, NJ

Description:
In today's competitive landscape, many more companies are willing to both enforce and fight non-compete agreements. As a result, there have been significant developments that could impact whether an "old" non-compete agreement continues to provide the protection for which it was originally intended.

This program will benefit companies of all sizes--from multinational employers to specialized shops with operations only in New York or New Jersey. We will cover the latest developments and offer practical guidance on how to work under these new conditions.

This program features three leading practitioners in the field, along with an in-house counsel who has significant experience handling restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements internally.

CLE Credit:
