April 8, 2021 (New York) – Proskauer partners Rob Freeman and Keisha-Ann Gray are recognized by Variety Magazine's 2021 Legal Impact Report which features lawyers who, over the past year, “made an impact in entertainment.”

Keisha-Ann Gray, partner in the Labor & Employment Department, is a distinguished trial lawyer who has secured significant victories in federal and state courts (jury trial and otherwise) for organizations facing bet-the-company, high-reaching, reputational risk claims. As important social change movements like Black Lives Matter, #MeToo and LGBTQ Pride continue to shape society and businesses, Keisha-Ann is the go-to advisor when addressing issues related to discrimination, harassment and/or lack of diversity.

Rob Freeman is a partner in the Corporate Department, co-head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group and a member of the Sports Law Group. Rob leads a team of corporate transaction attorneys focused on media, sports, entertainment and technology representing clients such as Discovery, Spectrum, Cox Communications, AMC Networks, ForgeLight, Altice USA, DISH/Sling, fuboTV, Hulu, NBA Media, NFL Media, and Urban One, among many others.
