Year-End Review
It has been an interesting and challenging year for wealth management professionals. 2010 brought the repeal of the federal estate tax and generation-skipping transfer tax - for one year only - each of which added to the complexity and opportunities of planning for our clients. Additionally, in 2010 there were many important rulings and cases affecting estate planning and related areas.
