Proskauer Boosts Global Capital Markets Capabilities With Three New Partners, Senior Counsel in London
July 9, 2012 (London) – Proskauer continues to strengthen its global capital markets capabilities with the upcoming addition of three partners and a senior counsel in the firm’s London office. Partners Peter Castellon, Katherine Mulhern and Roberto Bruno and Senior Counsel Maximilian Kirchner will join in September 2012.

Peter Castellon will join from Citigroup in London, where he is currently Deputy General Counsel, Banking & Capital Markets. He has been responsible for advising Citi’s Equity Capital Markets Division and Investment Banking Division in connection with an array of securities offerings, including IPOs, follow-on and secondary offerings, block trades, rights offerings and offerings of convertible and exchangeable bonds.
Katherine Mulhern will join from Kaye Scholer, where she is currently a corporate Partner in the firm's London office. Before that, she was head of the U.S. capital markets practice in the London office of Hogan Lovells. She focuses on international equity and debt capital markets and has a wide range of experience advising on cross-border transactions in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Roberto Bruno will join from Cravath, Swaine & Moore’s London office, where he is currently a Senior Attorney in the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on cross-border, sophisticated and high-profile securities offerings, consisting primarily of high-yield bond and equity offerings, across a broad range of industries in Europe (in particular in Italy), the U.S. and emerging markets. He also has significant M&A and private equity experience.
Max Kirchner will join from the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He represents financial institutions and private equity sponsors in leveraged finance and equity capital markets transactions and has significant experience in high-yield offerings, acquisition financings, IPOs and secondary stock offerings by issuers around the world in a broad array of industries.
