Sarah Reisman is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department and a member of the International Practice Group and Insurance Recovery & Counseling Group.
Sarah handles general litigation matters with a special emphasis on disputes with an international dimension. She has extensive experience with insurance law and has successfully obtained insurance coverage for clients from reticent insurance companies. Sarah also has experience in white collar defense and internal and regulatory investigations and has represented individuals and corporations against allegations of securities fraud, backdating and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Actively involved in several pro bono matters, Sarah is the co-head of Proskauer’s Homeless Experience Legal Protection (HELP) Program and is a member of the Pro Bono Advisory Council. She also is a member of the firm’s Associate Council.
