Sabrina Rusnak-Carlson is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Finance, Multi-Tranche Finance and Distressed Debt Groups. Her practice focuses on representing agents and lenders in a variety of complex financings and credit arrangements, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalization financings, asset-based loans, cash flow loans, and cross-border and multi-currency loans, including multi-tiered financing facilities, second-lien and unitranche loan facilities (including tranche “B” loans and other “last out” structures), mezzanine, subordinated debt facilities, and distressed debt facilities.
Sabrina also has experience in intercreditor issues, secured creditor and bankruptcy rights, and debt restructurings. She also co-authored “Dispelling Misconceptions, Perfection of a Security Interest in Deposit Accounts by Control Under Article 9 by Secured Parties in Multi-Lender Scenarios” published in The Secured Lender.
Sabrina serves as the co-chair of the Proskauer Women’s Alliance, is a member of Proskauer’s Diversity Committee and is the elected Treasurer of the Georgetown University Club of Greater Boston.
