Sabrina Rusnak-Carlson is an Associate in the Multi-Tranche Finance and Distressed Debt Groups.
Sabrina has a general corporate practice with an emphasis on finance transactions, particularly those involving senior, mezzanine, subordinated secured and unsecured debt, single lender and syndicated transactions, term and revolving credit facilities, asset-based debt financings, preferred stock, and debtor-in-possession financings related to IPOs, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and going-private transactions. In addition, Sabrina actively represents creditors and companies in finance restructurings, out-of-court workouts and insolvency proceedings.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Sabrina was a corporate associate at a Boston law firm where she was a member of the Commercial Finance and Bankruptcy Groups.
