Ronald Kornreich is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Lodging & Gaming and Private Equity Real Estate Groups.
Ron has a broad-based, general corporate practice. He has handled numerous M&A transactions, including negotiated transactions, auctions and competitive bids and management buyouts, on behalf of both buyers and sellers. He also handles equity and debt financings, joint ventures, reorganizations and other business combinations.
Ron acts as outside general counsel to a number of his clients, regularly advising them on day-to-day legal, strategic and business issues, including internal restructurings, licensing matters and employment and consulting arrangements. He also assists closely held companies with new business ventures, restructuring and succession planning.
Ron represents both U.S. and non-U.S. clients engaged in a variety of businesses, including electronics and technology, manufacturing, distribution, engineering, retail, hospitality, entertainment and sports. He has extensive cross-border experience advising clients and performing transactional work in a variety of markets, including the Caribbean, Mexico, the UK, western and eastern Europe and Asia.

iQor Holdings Inc.’s acquisition of RMS, a leader in business-to-business accounts receivable outsourcing services
Numerous acquisitions of vehicle glass repair and replacement companies for Belron S.A., including Cindy Rowe Auto Glass and assets of IGD Industries
As a member of the Lodging & Gaming Group, Ron handles all types of matters in the hospitality industry, including hotel and casino management, licensing, franchising, development, construction, leasing, acquisitions and sales. He has extensive experience negotiating hotel management, development and related agreements, including for mixed-use projects. He has worked on projects involving the range of leading hotel companies, including Starwood, Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, InterContinental, Kimpton and Wyndham.
Hotel owners, operators and lenders also rely on Ron to tackle the tough issues raised by today’s marketplace. He has in-depth experience guiding clients through workouts and restructurings and providing strategic advice with respect to distressed hotels and distressed hotel loans.
