Robert H. Horn is a Senior Counsel in the Litigation Department in the Los Angeles office. He has extensive litigation experience encompassing a wide variety of subject areas, including entertainment, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, unfair competition, employment, civil rights, and criminal and regulatory investigations. Robert has conducted all aspects of litigation, including jury trials, and has handled numerous appeals in the federal and California state courts.
