Neil Cummings is a Partner in the Corporate Department, where he heads the Los Angeles office’s finance practice. His practice focuses on domestic and cross border financing transactions, including acquisition and tender offer financings for both public and private deals, bank/bond, bridge loan, first/second lien, multi tranche and multi currency, fund (capital call and leveraged lines), sports, mezzanine, subordinated debt, debtor-in-possession and exit financings.

Neil represents a broad range of market participants, that include lead arrangers, and other financial institutions, private equity firms and their portfolio companies and strategic investors. In 2011, Chambers USA ranked Neil as a leading banking and finance lawyer, and clients said he is "an extremely responsive and creative practitioner - he can always come up with solutions to the problems we face.” Neil is ranked, on a national basis, by Martindale-Hubbell as an AV (Preeminent) lawyer. He was also named one of the Top 20 Lawyers Under 40 in the State of California by the Los Angeles Daily Journal.
