Mireille Dany is a Partner in the Litigation Department, resident in the Paris office where she heads the Paris antitrust and distribution law team is the Administrative Partner.
Mireille has extensive experience in competition and distribution law. Her practice focuses on representing clients in a range of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food industry, in matters such as the distribution of goods and services, antitrust litigation, hearings before European Competition Authorities, and consumer law.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Mireille practiced law at Jeantet et Associés and Barrennes & Associés. She joined Clifford Chance in 1996 and was a partner at Andersen Law and Baker & McKenzie.
