Michael Crosby leads the firm's English law finance group and is based in the London office. He is a member of the Finance and Distressed Debt Groups.
Michael has particular experience representing lenders in multi-tranche and junior capital financings, and regularly represents mezzanine funds, hedge funds and other special situation lenders, private equity sponsors, banks and insurance companies in structuring and negotiating complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions.
In addition, Michael has significant corporate finance and restructuring experience.
