Matthew Triggs is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, resident in the Florida office. He has actively and aggressively litigated a wide variety of matters ranging from complex commercial disputes to securities class actions, broker-dealer arbitrations, real property title disputes and employment discrimination claims, having represented clients such as Club Med, Office Depot, Chase Manhattan and Infinity Radio, Inc. Matt litigates extensively in both state and federal court and frequently counsels clients with respect to alternative forms of dispute resolution.
Matt lives in West Palm Beach with his wife, Amy, and their three children. He serves on the Board of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, and is a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation, a statewide not-for-profit organization which promotes the charitable interests of Florida's legal profession.
