Martha Wilson-Byrne is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department and Intellectual Property Group. Her practice concentrates on the analysis, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Martha’s practice focuses primarily on companies having products in the engineering arts, with particular emphasis on plasma devices, power supplies, medical lasers, medical devices, financial services software, and telecommunications devices and software.
Martha works closely with clients in developing national and international intellectual property portfolios. Her areas of concentration include patent and trademark prosecution, product clearance, patent validity and infringement analyses, intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions, and litigation technical support.
During law school, Martha served as an intern at the Office of the Attorney General in the Central Massachusetts Office, and as a research assistant to R. Michael Cassidy at Boston College Law School.
