Larissa Boz is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department.
Larissa handles a wide range of employment law matters, including federal and state litigations, arbitrations and mediations, among others. She also counsels employers on multi-jurisdictional issues around hiring, compensation and benefits, termination and post-termination restrictions.
While attending Duke University School of Law, she served as the managing editor of Law and Contemporary Problems. She also held positions on the executive board of the Duke Bar Association and was selected to mentor first-year students as a LEAD fellow. Larissa was actively involved in the Duke Law Innocence Project and continued her exoneration work in the Wrongful Convictions Clinic.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Larissa worked within the Human Resources department at a global investment bank, where she was responsible for employee relations matters related to performance management, compensation, succession planning, talent development and recruitment.
