Kevin Khurana is an Associate in Proskauer’s Technology, Media & Communications and Privacy & Data Security Groups, resident in the New York office. Kevin’s practice is focused on Internet and media and technology transactions, as well as on counseling clients regarding privacy and data security issues and compliance.
Kevin has considerable experience working on transactions involving computer software and hardware, Internet and e-commerce, outsourcing, advertising, entertainment, content licensing, traditional media and new media and emerging technologies. Working with Internet, motion picture, television, cable, software, retail, finance and multimedia companies, he is experienced in structuring, negotiating and drafting many different types of agreements that involve the exploitation of content and technology.
Kevin advises clients regarding their obligations under privacy and data security laws, specifically with respect to their collection, use, disclosure and transfer of personal information. He also regularly contributes to Proskauer’s Privacy Law Blog at http://privacylaw.proskauer.com.
While at St. John’s University School of Law, Kevin was the recipient of the St. Thomas More Scholarship and served as president of the South Asian Law Students Association.
