Kathleen E. Gerber is an Associate in the Tax Department, resident in the Los Angeles office. Kathleen’s practice focuses on U.S. corporate, partnership and cross-border tax matters. She has experience advising U.S. and international clients on taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, offerings and financings. Kathleen also has experience advising not-for-profit/tax-exempt clients on matters such as applying for and maintaining exemption from federal income tax and minimizing unrelated business taxable income.
