Kailing Li is a Legal Manager in the Corporate Department, resident in the firm’s Hong Kong office who is currently working as an Associate in the London office. She has experience in a range of corporate matters, with a focus on corporate finance transactions, and has represented issuers and underwriters in mainland China, Hong Kong and United States in public and private offerings. Kailing also has experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment in China.
