Justin Breen is a Partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Capital Markets and Finance Groups. His principal focus is the representation of leading banking firms and corporations in public and private capital markets transactions and leveraged bank financings, including Rule 144A high yield debt offerings and syndicated loan transactions. Justin has represented various underwriters, initial purchasers, agents, lenders and dealer managers, including Bank of America, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Jefferies & Company, Ares Capital, GE Capital and Wells Fargo.

A portion of Justin’s practice is also devoted to representing mezzanine funds in mezzanine debt and equity transactions. He also has represented corporations and private equity firms in acquisitions and dispositions of private and public companies, debt and equity financings and other investments. Additionally, Justin regularly assists clients with general securities and corporate matters.

Justin’s experience extends across a variety of industries, including energy, retail, media, communications, gaming, pharmaceuticals, biotech, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, technology, healthcare, security and food services.
