Julianne Apostolopoulos is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department, resident in the Newark office. She is a member of the firm's Appellate, Employment Litigation & Arbitration, and Non-Competes & Trade Secrets Groups. Her litigation experience includes single-plaintiff whistleblower, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims in federal and state litigations and administrative proceedings.
After graduating from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review and received the Constitutional Law Award, Julianne clerked for the Hon. Laura M. LeWinn of the New Jersey Appellate Division. Prior to joining the Proskauer, she also completed internships with the Public Defender's Office of Essex County and the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey.
