Joshua J. Pollack is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department and Insurance Recovery & Counseling Group in the Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation for corporate and individual clients before federal and state courts and various arbitration forums. His practice includes advising clients in a broad range of industries, including securities, entertainment, banking, and hospitality.
In addition, Josh has successfully represented clients in connection with a wide variety of matters, including claims for insurance coverage, trademark and copyright infringement, fraud, unfair competition, civil RICO, and breach of contract.
Josh is committed to pro bono matters and has participated in the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s “Courtroom to Classroom” project for several years, teaching the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to middle school students. In the past year, Josh also represented an indigent client asserting claims for First Amendment retaliation.
Josh lives in Los Angeles with his wife and four children.
