Jose Ignacio Rivero Andere is an Associate in the Corporate Department, resident in the New York office. He has broad experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, securities, telecommunications and banking. Jose has counseled purchasers, sellers and investors in mergers, acquisitions, project finance, joint ventures and strategic alliances and also has collaborated in different securitization procedures before Mexican and U.S. authorities.
