The court-appointed trustee in the chapter 7 cases of ITT Educational Services, Inc., et al.
The Budd Company, Inc., a former manufacturer of automotive and other industrial parts, in its chapter 11 case.
Jeramy also maintains an active pro bono practice. He recently assisted a dance-based charitable organization with incorporating and obtaining tax-exempt status in the jurisdictions in which it serves local communities. He also counsels charitable organizations with general corporate matters, such as amending and supplementing their organizational documents and drafting and adopting internal policies to avoid conflicts of interest.
