Jennifer Scullion is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. She litigates complex commercial cases, including antitrust, patent, and cross-border securities and debt matters. Jennifer represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as in arbitration and in international settings.
Jennifer is head of the International Practice Group and a member of the Antitrust Group. She is the Editor of Proskauer on International Litigation and Arbitration (www.proskauerguide.com), a comprehensive e-book collecting Proskauer’s practical and strategic experience advising and representing clients in international commercial and regulatory matters.
Jennifer also has an active pro bono practice. She successfully represented voting rights organizations and individual plaintiffs in a broad constitutional challenge to Ohio’s election administration and voting systems and practices, resulting in a historic settlement agreement that implements systemic changes in Ohio’s election administration. She and dozens of other lawyers and staff at Proskauer also served as the Ohio Call-In Center for the nationwide Election Protection coalition in November 2006 and 2008. Jennifer also serves on the firmwide Pro Bono Initiative Committee.
