Jason D. Gerstein is an Associate in the Litigation Department, resident in the New York office.
Jason handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court as well as arbitrations, with a focus on contract, privacy and data security, antitrust, business torts, securities, and other commercial disputes. He represents clients in a range of industries, including professional sports and financial services.
Jason also maintains an active pro bono practice and is currently representing an Amish community in a federal constitutional claim against its town government.
He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and serves on its Committee on Bioethical Issues.
