Jason Crelinsten is an Associate in the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on the representation of hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds, commodity pools, investment advisers and commodity trading advisors, with clients ranging in size from large institutional investment advisers to small independent fund managers.
Jason has organized onshore and offshore funds using a range of investment and trading strategies throughout the world. He also advises clients on all aspects of fund formation and ongoing compliance with securities, commodities and tax laws, as well as investments in both private and public companies, including venture capital financings, early-stage corporate structuring, and investments in publicly-listed companies of various sizes. He represents institutional investors regarding their investments in hedge funds, private equity funds and funds of funds, as well.
In addition, Jason is a member of the Board of Directors for Ice Hockey in Harlem.
