Hal Plott is the Chief Real Estate and Facilities Officer, responsible for all real estate, office facilities and administrative services for the firm, supporting approximately 700 attorneys with a staff of over 300 employees and outsourced providers. Hal directs the firm’s services in real estate, construction, security, purchasing and supplies, copy/mail/fax services, food services and catering, remodeling and maintenance, and secretarial and document services. He oversees a real estate portfolio of almost 750,000 square feet in twelve cities on four continents.
Hal has over 20 years of law firm experience and has served in his current position since 1995. His career is highlighted by his innovative space strategies to maximize offices for revenue producers, including the opening of Proskauer’s offices in Chicago, Hong Kong, London, Paris, São Paulo, Boston, Newark, and New Orleans and the expansion of the offices in New York, Los Angeles, Boca Raton and Washington.
