Erin Harper is a senior counsel in the Real Estate Department. Her practice involves the negotiation, structuring and documentation of real estate transactions, including commercial leases. Additionally, Erin handles the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, as well as financings of various sizes, including acquisition financings and refinancings.
