Biography Press Room

Elizabeth Figueira is an Associate in the Litigation Department, resident in the New York office.

She handles a wide range of complex litigation in federal court, with a special emphasis on intellectual property and all aspects of electronic discovery. Her practice includes representing clients in commercial disputes as well as providing counseling and advice on business practices, with a particular focus on copyright, licensing, and entertainment matters.

Elizabeth is actively involved in several pro bono matters and works closely with the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Program, which provides legal services to artists in all types of media. While in law school, Elizabeth worked with various New York City mediation programs and was a member of and later the Chair of New York University’s Moot Court Board.
