Dolores DiBella is an Associate in the False Advertising & Trademark Group and Entertainment Law Group. She handles a wide range of complex litigation in both federal and state courts, with a special emphasis on intellectual property. Her practice includes representing clients in commercial disputes as well as providing counseling and advisement on business practices, with a particular focus on trademark, false advertising, copyright, trade secret, and entertainment matters.
Dolores is actively involved in several pro bono matters and is the co-head of Proskauer’s Homeless Experience Legal Protection (HELP) Program. She also serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Advisory Council.
