Daniella M. Rudy is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. Her practice includes complex general litigation matters before both federal and state courts, with a particular emphasis on international litigation and arbitration.
Daniella’s experiences include matters involving antitrust/competition law, class actions, license agreements, commercial disputes and privacy issues. She is an active member of the International Practice Group and a contributing author to Proskauer on International Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
In addition, Daniella has been heavily involved in various pro bono cases, including an adoption appellate procedure, representing refugees affiliated with the Iraqi List Project, participation with the Election Protection effort, and the drafting of an amicus brief before the European Court of Justice.
