Daniel P. Goldberger is an Associate in the Litigation Department, resident in the New York office.
Dan handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on contract, intellectual property, non-competition, financial services and other commercial disputes in state and federal court, He represents clients in a range of industries, including the technology and entertainment industries.
Dan also maintains an active pro bono practice and is currently representing an Amish community in a federal constitutional claim against its town government.
He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and serves as counsel to the New York City Bar Task Force on Residential Mortgage Foreclosures. Dan is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
