Charles Parsons is a Partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the global Private Investment Funds Group, which is recognized by Chambers Global, Chambers USA and US Legal 500.
While he advises on a broad range of corporate matters, his particular focus is advising clients, such as Credit Suisse, Cohen & Steers, Industry Funds Management and JPMorgan, on the formation, marketing and operation of private investment funds, structuring of alternative investment vehicles, and issues relating to the acquisition, disposition and structuring of portfolio investments.
Charles also advises clients on compliance, operational and regulatory issues involving private investment funds. Among the types of funds and complexes he has structured are private equity, real estate, infrastructure and fund of funds.
In addition, Charles advises clients with respect to establishing and implementing employee co-investment programs, financing arrangements and cross-border transactions.
