Chip Parsons is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the global Private Investment Funds Group, which is recognized by Chambers Global, Chambers USA and US Legal 500.
He has a general corporate practice that covers the full range of activities and operations of private equity and alternative asset managers, with a particular emphasis on representing U.S. and non-U.S. sponsors in the formation, marketing and operation of private investment funds and their related portfolio investment and management activities. Chip also represents institutional investors in the review and negotiation of investments in funds and other alternative investments.
Chip represents alternative asset managers and fund sponsors on a wide variety of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds and funds of funds. In addition, he has worked with managers and sponsors on the structuring of firm ownership and operations, including spin outs.
