Cédric Jacquelet is an international counsel in the Labor & Employment Law Department.
Cédric counsels employers on labor matters, often in litigation against unions and work councils, but also in the context of negotiations of collective agreements, reorganizations and collective labor relations (employee representative bodies, working time, etc.). In addition, he is experienced in handling compensation matters.
Cédric advises clients and provides litigation services related to social security law issues, occupational accidents and diseases, social protection (complementary welfare and pension plans), liaising with the French administration, URSSAF audits, and litigation before the Social Security courts.
Cédric’s clients come from a wide array of sectors, including retail, automotive and luxury as well as employee benefits institutions.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Cédric developed his labor practice at Lavallart Avocats Associés, a French law firm specialized in employment and social security law. He also previously practiced at Lamy Lexel.
Cédric is co-head of the masters program in company social protection law and a senior lecturer in social security law at the University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne.
