Bradley Bobroff is a senior Associate in the Litigation Department, resident in the New York office. Brad is a member of the Law Firm Practice Group, the International Arbitration Group and the Fiduciary Litigation Group.
Brad’s practice involves a wide variety of complex commercial and fiduciary litigation matters for both public and private companies and high net worth individuals, most often in state or federal courts in New York, Delaware and Florida. Typical matters involve contract disputes, fraud, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, disputes between and among trust beneficiaries and trustees, intellectual property disputes and professional negligence claims. Brad has extensive litigation and arbitration experience at all levels of case management and strategy development, including investigations, discovery, substantive and procedural motions, and representing his clients at mediation, in settlement negotiations and at trial.
In addition, Brad maintains an active pro bono caseload and has received numerous awards for his tireless commitment to his pro bono clients. In 2008, Brad was chosen to participate in a six-month externship as a Public Service Attorney in the Office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York. Brad served as a trial lawyer in the Manhattan Tort Division, where he defended the City of New York against all varieties of personal injury lawsuits. During his externship, Brad was lead trial counsel in 17 cases brought against the City. In a number of these trials, Brad was able to convince the court to dismiss all claims and direct a verdict in favor of the City of New York before the case ever reached the jury.
