Arielle Kobetz is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department. She assists employers in a wide range of areas, including discrimination, wage and hour, and traditional labor.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Arielle served as a law clerk at the New York City Human Resources Administration, Employment Law Unit, where she worked on a variety of employment discrimination and internal employee disciplinary issues.
Arielle graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2015, where she won the National Championship in the Robert F. Wagner Labor and Employment Moot Court Competition. Arielle was also an associate managing editor of the Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law, and a member of the appellate and trial divisions of the Moot Court Honor Society. While in law school, Arielle spent time as a judicial intern for the Honorable Erin M. Stilp at the EEOC as well as the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt of the E.D.N.Y.
