Adam Berkowitz is an Associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. His practice focuses on the representation of debtors, creditors and lenders in Chapter 11 proceedings, international restructurings and out-of-court restructurings. Adam also has represented investors, acquirers and sellers of distressed assets. In addition, Adam provides bankruptcy related counseling in a variety of non-bankruptcy matters.
