Scott Harshbarger is Chair of our Pro Bono Initiative Committee, which helps the Firm deploy its pro bono resources as effectively as possible. Scott is a former Massachusetts Attorney General, a former president of Common Cause, and a trendsetter in the realms of public defense and civil rights.
Stacey O’Haire Fahey is our Pro Bono Counsel, running Proskauer’s pro bono efforts every day. Stacey brings her deep experience in nonprofit law in her current practice, forging alliances with community organizations and ensuring that Proskauer’s lawyers maximize their impact with every hour they devote to pro bono clients.
Proskauer’s Pro Bono Initiative Committee brings together lawyers from every Proskauer office and every legal department, drawing from all levels of the organization to cultivate the pro bono spirit among lawyers and other staff.
