- Motion Picture Production
and Distribution: Representation of producers,
distributors and television networks in all aspects
of the development, production and distribution of
motion pictures, television programs and other entertainment
productions, including rights acquisition, talent
employment, domestic and international distribution
and licensing, completion guarantees, and partnership,
joint venture and co-production arrangements.
- Motion Picture Finance:
Representation of entertainment companies, banks and
other financiers in connection with the extension
of revolving and term credit facilities, and the provision
of equity, debt and hybrid financing for entertainment
projects and related purposes; and advice with respect
to international tax-advantaged financing and subsidies.
- Entertainment Labor and Employment
Relations: Advice and representation with respect
to personnel and labor union matters attendant to
