Our real estate finance attorneys represent numerous institutional lenders and borrowers in financings that encompass whole loan originations, structured finance, CMBS, mezzanine debt, loan participations, preferred equity, A/B note structures, workouts and restructurings, "corporate" credit facilities to real estate funds and companies, U.S. and foreign distressed debt portfolio financing, and fund formation for investment in real estate debt and equity vehicles.
