Established in 2008, our Hong Kong office provides clients doing business in Hong Kong, China and the rest of Asia with advice on local matters as well as access to our global platform. Focused on transactional work in a wide range of industries including real estate, entertainment and financial services and led by partners with deep experience in the region, we offer our clients global and Asia-specific products. Our lawyers provide advice on Hong Kong, U.S. and UK laws.
We handle a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, foreign direct investment and the establishment of joint ventures. While we have a broad based practice, we focus on cutting-edge and strategic transactions, industries and clients: RMB funds and going private transactions; sports, entertainment and hospitality industries; and clients with strong global and/or Asian brand names. We represent both multinationals investing and doing business in Asia, as well as Asian companies investing and doing business around the world.
