Represents Largest Gain of Any Firm in Annual Ranking
August 12, 2008 (New York, NY) - Proskauer Rose LLP, an international law firm with more than 750 lawyers worldwide, has been ranked 47th nationally in The American Lawyer's annual Midlevel Associate Survey. The firm's ranking improved from 161st in 2007, which represented the largest rise of any firm in the survey.
Proskauer's New York office ranked 31st and received higher scores in all categories compared to last year's survey, most notably "Communications Re: Partnership" and "Training and Guidance." The other categories included: "Interesting Work," "Satisfying Work," "Benefits and Compensation," "Associate Relations," "Partner Relations," "Management Openness," "Billables Policy," "Expect to Stay Two Years," and "Overall Workplace Rating." In Boston, the firm had strong gains in "Management Openness" and "Communication Re: Partnership."
