Eric Remensperger, a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office and head of its West Coast real estate practice, has been elected a Fellow of the distinguished American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Mr. Remensperger has more than 20 years of experience representing clients that include lenders, funds, developers, insurers and companies across a range of sectors in a variety of real estate transactions. A majority of his work has focused on secured lending, asset purchases and dispositions, development projects, commercial leasing, collateralized mortgage-backed securities loan transactions, credit enhancements and restructurings.
Mr. Remensperger recently served as chair of the Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium on Real Estate Law and Business and is active in various continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Los Angeles and New York City bar associations. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Manhattanville College.
