Proskauer Rose Partner Vincenzo Paparo Inducted Into American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

March 18, 2008 (New York, NY) - Proskauer Rose LLP, an international law firm with more than 750 lawyers worldwide, is proud to announce that Vincenzo Paparo, a partner in the firm's Corporate Department and co-chair of its Finance Group, has been inducted into the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL).

Membership into the ACCFL is limited to commercial finance lawyers, jurists and academics who have achieved preeminence in commercial finance law and have contributed significantly to the education of others in the field through teaching, lecturing, and published writings.

Mr. Paparo concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending, corporate finance, workouts and restructuring. He represents finance companies, investment and commercial banks, and institutional, high yield and distressed debt investors. He also represents equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with senior lending facilities and subordinated bridge loans.

Mr. Paparo started his career in commercial banking and held several positions including Vice President Commercial Finance and later Assistant General Counsel at FleetBoston. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, his M.A. from New York University, and his B.A. from Fordham University.
