Five Proskauer Lawyers in Boca Raton Named Florida Super Lawyers 2012

Elaine M. Bucher (Estate Planning & Probate) – Ms. Bucher is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Personal Planning Department, dedicating her practice to the area of wills, trusts and estates, concentrating in the areas of sophisticated estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues and estate and trust administration.

Stuart T. Kapp (Real Estate) – Mr. Kapp, a Partner who leads the firm's Florida real estate practice, handles commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing of commercial properties located in Florida and throughout the United States.
David Pratt (Estate Planning & Probate) – Head of the Boca Raton office, Mr. Pratt is a Partner in the Personal Planning Department. His practice is dedicated to the areas of trusts and estates, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer and fiduciary and individual income taxation.
Allan H. Weitzman (Employment & Labor) – Mr. Weitzman is a Partner in the Labor & Employment Law Department and co-head of the firm’s Employment Law Counseling & Training, Non-Compete & Trade Secrets and Accessibility & Accommodations groups.
