August 5, 2015 (New York) – The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) has recognized Proskauer as a Gold Standard firm for the second year in a row. WILEF certification recognizes law firms that have successfully integrated women into leadership roles. The firm will be honored at the WILEF 2015 Gold Standard Fifth Anniversary Gala Luncheon on September 10.

Proskauer’s WILEF certification signifies that women represent at least:

• 10% of firm chairs and managing partners
• 20% of the firm's primary governance committee
• 20% or more of the firm's compensation committee or its equivalent
• 10% of the top half of the most highly compensated partners

Proskauer has long championed the professional development and career advancement of women lawyers and staff. Fifty percent of U.S. partners named in 2014 are women, and two out of seven members of the firm’s executive committee are women.
