February 21, 2014 (Hong Kong) – Chambers Asia-Pacific once again recognized Proskauer’s Hong Kong office, ranking three of the firm’s Hong Kong partners in its 2014 edition. These rankings underscore the continued growth and success of Proskauer’s Asia practice.
Corporate Partners Yuval Tal and Jeremy Leifer were both ranked in China, Corporate/M&A: Hong Kong-based (International Firms). Mr. Tal is recognized for representing Singapore-based private equity firm RRJ Capital on making a $300 million investment in Cheniere Energy Partners and his work on M&A transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, while Mr. Leifer is noted for his “wide-ranging expertise in mergers and acquisitions, securities issuances and general corporate governance.”
Litigation Partner David Chu was ranked in two categories: China, Financial Services: Contentious Regulatory (International Firms) and China, Dispute Resolution (International Firms).
