Pippa Bond is a senior associate in the Corporate Department of Proskauer Rose LLP’s Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Capital Markets Group and specializes in corporate finance and securities, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and restructurings. She has experience in the following areas:

• acting as counsel to underwriters, sponsors and issuers in registered public offerings, block trades and private placements of debt and equity securities.

• structuring and negotiating with respect to initial bids and commitment papers, as well as tender offers and consent solicitations.

• working on matters spanning a broad range of industries, including media, Internet and telecommunications; technology and semiconductors; financial services; retail; and industrials.

• general corporate counseling for institutional and corporate clients with respect to corporate governance.
