| Biography:
Zoila E. Davis is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in Los Angeles. Zoila advises employers on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Zoila was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Zoila also holds an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in California.
